We offer a free consultation to discuss your new home goals. During this consultation, we will discuss the homebuyer planning process and will also give you an overview of Oland Living, our process and how we can build your family home.
Step 2 | Site Selection & Design
We can build on your land. We offer a full service construction process, beginning with the design. Once you identify a location and site for your home, we'll work with you to design the specifications for your home.
Step 3 | Construction Requirements
As we finalize the architectural plans, we will handle the requirements for obtaining the construction permit with the city.
Step 4 | Build
We complete all phases of construction. While we perform ongoing internal quality checks, we also coordinate the city inspections. We take great pride in communication, quality and craftsmanship. A key part of construction for us is scheduling client walkthroughs during major milestones of construction.
Step 5 | Post-Construction
After the final walkthrough, the closing process is the most exciting part of the process. As a client, you will receive the keys to your new home. You will review the new home checklist and home warranty plan, as you prepare to move in.
