- Sign sales agreement & make deposit
- Design preliminary home design with an architect
- Finalize architectural plans
- Complete requirements for construction permit
- Apply for construction permit
- Complete 10 phases of construction
- Perform ongoing internal quality checks
- Independent inspections by phase
- Installation of finishes by craftsman
- Final walk through
- Closing & keys to your new home
- Receive new home checklist
