Affordable Housing

Oland Living works in partnership with nonprofits, government entities, and community stakeholders to expand access to affordable homeownership for families earning between 60% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). By combining collaborative partnerships with efficient building practices, Oland Living is able to deliver well-designed homes at attainable prices for households that too often fall between traditional housing programs and the open market.
